Additionally, we created the mobile application called: TiviApp Live as a Freemium app (the “Application”). The Application is maintained and distributed by us through Google Play Services and can be also downloaded from the Site by following the Google Play Store address: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.treynix.tiviapplive. The terms of this policy are valid only for versions of the Application that were downloaded from this authorized location. We will not be responsible for any privacy violation that was resulted by using incorrect or unauthorized version of the Application.

Additionally, we allow third-party companies to serve ads and collect certain anonymous information when you visit our Application. These companies may use anonymous information such as your Google Advertising ID, your device type and version, browsing activity, location and other technical data relating to your service, in order to provide advertisements.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out by contacting us.

Data Retention and Management Policy
We will retain provided Personal Information for as long as you use the Application and for a period of 30 days thereafter. We will retain Log Data information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete Personal Information that you have provided via the Application, please contact us and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the Personal Information may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
